I have nearly 6 years of experience in human resources management field. I have helped Hezardastan (one of the best Internet companies in Iran) form or reform it's HR functions specially in recruitment, performance appraisal and compensation and benefits. Besides I started trading stock as a hobby from 9 years ago.
